HDFC Bank — Amazon refund not credited in account

I cancelled my order via amazon price of 4699/_ at 9pm. I got a message refund accepted.next day on 5 nov 2020 i got a message' Refund success on RuPay card (ending with 9755): 4699.0 INR,
Amazon Pay balance: Money: 500.0 INR. Please contact us for details at http://amazon.in/help.now 3 days passed but HDFC not credited my money in my account.Please return my refund as soon as possible.
