I have not received the refund for 2 amazon orders refunded by amazon. It is stuck at the bank`s end. I have tried contacting the customer support of the bank but they are not responding to any emails, escalations, and phone calls.
It has been a very disappointing experience with hdfc. They have even not replied to amazon for the refund reference number for both the orders.
Please credit my refund. The order id is[protected] and amount is rs. 680/-
I have raised a complaint and escalation online on hdfc website as well. It has been a week no reply. The reference number for complaints are hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected]
