HDFC Bank — amb charge deduction with any alerts

On 16 sep 2017 deduction was done from my account with out any information. If you want to deduct, kindly first inform. so kindly check why are you deducting this type of amount without any future information...
it is highly regrettable and pls refund my balance. other wise i will go through the RBI nd suggest everyone to avoid HDFC bank at any cost .I hope that receive my own balance.
