[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amb charges deduction

I am priyadharshini Account no.: [protected]. My account was salary account. Recently i changed my job and my new company does not have tie up with hdfc bank. Amb charges are being deducted from my account for past three months. 18 sep 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: rs.326.00 05 oct 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: 177.00 05 oct 2017: amb chrg incl gst for aug2017-mir[protected]: 132.28 "banks should not levy penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balances in any inoperative account." according to part b of the first bi-monthly monetary policy statement 2014-15 announced on april 1, 2014 by rbi. Banks are to safeguard people's money not to deduct as and when they wish to. Even if i had my salary account in the same bank i would always withdraw the complete amount every month. they Deducted 1899 Rs on 26/10/2017 with out my permission.
i already call them and inform to cancel but still they deducted the amount.
please cancel this plan and return the above amount.
