My accounts historical statement shows that that from 2nd april 2013 to till date i have being charged 11373 rs for the amb charges and i am shocked to know that during all these years hdfc didnt make any effort to get in touch or notify the customer about such transactions being taken place.. I would request you to kindly look into the matter as rs.11373 is not a less amount to pay for an account whose services have not even being availed all these years.
