Pl. Look in the issue.
I have done one transaction of rs: 3266/- on 17th may 2017 however that amount is not credited to the third party account. I called hdfc call center very next day to register a complaint however they refuse to raise the same and advice me to wait for 48 hrs post which complaint can be raised. Now on 20th again when received a call from the third party that amount still not credited to his account i again called cc, they again refuse to raise complaint and unable to provide resolution. Now they are asking me to wait for 5-7 days post which they will raise complaint.
Pl. Let me know the following asap :-
Why customer will wait for 7 days?
Why hdfc cc will not raise complaint for this issue?
Whether these procedure are mentioned on hdfc website?
Note : this concern is highlighted to their md mr. Aditya puri however their is no update. Kindly revert with the resolution asap else i will raise this to consumer court.
