HDFC Bank — amount debited shows successfully, but not credited to account

I have transferred 5000rs from my payzapp account to my bank account but my amount from the wallet was debit and it was not credited to my brothers bank account and also i dint even got any response from the customer care when i mailed them and the number for helpline is not working.
