I am an existing HDFC customer bearing Sal A/C. On 16th of Apr, I withdrawal Rs 2000 from Chhattarpur, New Delhi ATM successfully but when I cross checked my transaction message, it showing as 2 transactions within a minute gap..I.e. Rs 2000 & Rs 20000. At the same time, I called the Customer support team of HDFC & they asked to lodge FIR first. I lodged the FIR as well as the complaint with HDFC. My complaint number is MUMC[protected].
Please confirm the resolution TAT as my A/c has been blocked & I am short of money. Was this information helpful? |
