[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted and didn't get money back

Hi my account no. Is [protected]. I was placing an order on myntra and four times 1237 rs was deducted from my account and order was not places on 24 sept. It's been 15 days now but i did not receive any money back. Please help me for this. I have registered a complaint too with ticket no. 1410524. I didn't get any revert yet. Please do the needful.
