[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted from from account but money not received from atm

I have used citibank atm of eon itpark khardi pune for withdrawing money, 2500rs deducted from account but atm machine was showing server not responding and not received money.
An incident occurred on[protected] at 12:10 pm.

Called hdfc customer care but they are telling me to wait for 10 days.
Please suggest what should i do in this case

Please refund money in my account asap.
