This is pertaining to my complaint id 1356383 dated 9th july 2017. I have tried to make online payment of rs 2847/- to bigbasket on 8th july 2017. The amount was deducted from my saving account but the payment was not credited to bigbasket.
As given to understand, the failed payment gets credited to the bank account with in 7 days of the transaction. It has already been 17 days, but i have not yet received a refund of the amount deducted wrongly from my bank account. Despite following up with hdfc team on call and through email, i am not getting any concrete reply on the same. Was this information helpful? |
