[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Amount deducted from the hdfc bank account

Dear sir/mam,

Myself mukesh kumar singh having account of hdfc bank.

My savings account no.: [protected], chapra

As without my knowledge any prior intimation bank have deducted inr 816.50 from my account on date 29.06.2017 and i need to know that reason for detection and i want my money back. This is not the way without any prior intimation bank have deducted balance from account
This is the reference code : "inter-brn cash chg incl st & ec 270617"

I have been charged monthly charges kindly help me with the same. This has been happening every month. Will close my account if this continues.

Sir,
We hereby inform you that i am hdfc credit card holder having credit card no.[protected].
We already letter to cancell our cedit card but they ignored that matter & didn't even replied.
We request you to pl do the needfull & oblidge in this matter

please take it on priority basis.
