I had swipped my debit card in central square mall on 20 aug 2017. Inr 1000 got deducted from my debut card but the transaction was failed. I want refund for the incorrect deduction of ₹1000

It is more than 4 days that the amount is not refunded.
Kindly do the needful
Also provide a direct contact details for a customer service representative as the toll free number does not have any option to talk to a representative to file any complaints.
