HDFC Bank — amount deduction from bank without any information, account taken in minus

Hi,
I don't know what the hdfc bank is doing with me. Hdfc bank deducted amount multiple times. This "amb charge incl gst “i don’t know why they are having problem with my account. I am totally fed up with this.
I want my money back. Multiple time when bank deducted amount from my account without providing any information to me. Total amount of deduction is made till 30/07/2020 is 4800 rupees, still account is showing in minus balance of 3777.96 rupees. I have request to close the account on may/20/2020 and before it but bank is not closing the account also.
And without sending any message they deduct the amount from my account

Updated by HMT singh I do not know what type of loan account they connect with my email id, I have never take and personal loan from HDFC.

Updated by HMT singh HDFC bank has ruin my cibil score can I File a any court case against it to take the compensation for harassments/wrong information/as consumer loss.
branches are close and they are not closing the account and making minus amount in my account.
