[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — amount not credited from payzapp wallet to my saving account

Hello sir/madam,

Please need resolution asap... Or i need to escalate in high priority...

In morning at around 5:46 am at date 10/09/2016 i had done two transaction of rs.5000 from kotak credit card to payzapp wallet, all worked fine and amount credited to payzapp wallet 5000 +5000 total 10000 but when i was transferring the amount from payzaap wallet to kotak my saving account the amount of 5000 & 5000 the transaction got failed after few minutes the status got success. But i didn't received any amount to my saving account. The tax id for both are

Txn id :- [protected]iu97il1

Please help me this amount will save some one life. Also please contact me on my number +91-[protected] / +91-[protected]

I need urgent reply from you i called a tones of time to customer care, hell the customer support is not available. Sir/madam could please anyone help me to find exactly what is the issue. I need to transfer this amount to hospital the patient is in urgent required money. Please do the needfully.

Is payzapp team alive or gone, not they are replying through mail nor customer service is getting connected.. HDFC payzapp is a worst application never seen before...

Hi Shrikesh,

There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.

Hello HDFC team thank you for posting this message . I understand the problem it was technical issue almost 9 days completed when can i accept my money, it is too annoying or else i need to lodge a F.I.R in police station against this matter .. how could such careless payzapp team and hdfc cant understand customera situation . It is not about 10 or 20 rs it about 10, 000 .. i need asap resolution..

We would like to inform you that the IMPS account transfer for Rs.5000/- twice initiated on 10th September 2017 has failed due to technical error from the bank's end, and the same will be refunded to your PayZapp wallet within 5 working days.
