[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount not credited in bank account

On dated 25 august 2017 i have transferred a sum of rs. 5000/- from my payzapp wallet id no. [protected] to sbi bank account and wallet shows transaction has succesful but the same amount has not credited in my bank account. My payzapp account id. [protected]. Please refund my amount rs. 5000/- please. I have also called customer care of payzapp he called that he can not help me. Also he give txn. Id. I. E.[protected].
