HDFC Bank — Amount not refunded back to account

I was trying to do a online recharge for airtel, which got failed twice somehow, but the amount was deducted from my account for Rs 755 twice on 1 may, 2016.
When checked with airtel, they said, money has been refunded to HDFC, it is pending at your bank's end.
they informed that generally it takes 7-8 working days.
it is 12th today, still money is not refunded to my account.
Reaching out to Customer care people is a challenge, moreover when spoke to them they said we have logged in a complaint also visit the branch and file a written complaint. i cannot visit the branch so i told them . so they said that this complaint will also work but written is also a form of complaint.
More or less money is not credited back even after written email complaint.
Pls. Look into this.

Worst experience of banking as of now.

They Only reply on the complaints, more or less which says "Will get back to you with 5-7 working days" Since 1st of may. Please help me understand the calculation, which you use while saying 5-7 working days, how does HDFC bank calculate 7 working days?
It's been 24 days, and no progress is there!!!
HDFC has really took it up on priority.

Only thing which surprises me is, what if they wouldn't have taken it on priority.
No resolution till now,
After a month as well there is no refund against the transaction.
Wow Finally received a too much valuable reply which says if amount is not credited back to your account by 7th of july, then write back to us.

i don't need money now.
I need a clarification on the process that why it is taking so long to resolve this.
68 days, is it worth?
Pathetic services, Now HDFC has deducted some odd Rs800...with no information

Don't go for HDFC bank, slowest process, no resolution of complaints, cannot reach the customer care people, if somehow you reached, you'll get hang up or wrong deptt. which indirectly lead to again a hung up.

Also, this consumer portal is of no use, i have no idea what have they done till now.
HDFC IS NOT EVEN REPLYING TO POSTS!!
