I have an transaction dine from pavana co bank on 1 feb the transaction was not processed and git amt deduction msg. Called bank and raised complaint against it comp no1495518 was given and was told that the amt will be reversed in 7 days now it's 9 days still the amt not reveresed. And i[censored] call to their call center which keeps u on hold for half an hour and says contiously that u are imp to us pls hold the line... I have called around 10 times and was on hold that is also an chargeable call... Pathetic customer service hdfc
