HDFC Bank — amount not withdrawal but showing -2300

Address: Sirhand road Patiala

Go to atm and i need 2300 same atm type 2300 and processing but not process. But my account debited 2300. But cash not in hand to cash box. Retry again i need 2500 ok nd same get 2500, but now showing amount -2300 how is possible
