[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Amount of Rs. 172.50/- got deducted from HDFC account without any intimation

Hi HDFC Bank,

Myself Sudeep Patil Customer of HDFC Bank.

A/C NO: [protected]
branch: KHADKI, Pune

There is no intimation that Rs.172.50/-. has been deducted my account, Please let know the reason for the debit. This behavior is not good at all. The HDFC is known as second largest bank, but bank executive are not trained at all to inform customers about such charges.

If I will not get justified answer, I will immediately close my account and other services too.

The said charge is against the transaction done on May 22, 2017.

Value of Cash transactions(Cumulative of Deposit and Withdrawal) Home Branch
2 lakh ---Free per month per account.
Above 2 lakh---Rs.5/- per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of Rs.150/-(plus taxes & cess)

Non-Home Branch:
Cash transactions value upto Rs.25, 000/- per day –No charge
Above Rs.25, 000/- ---Rs.5/- per thousand or part thereof, subject to a minimum of Rs.150/- (plus taxes & cess)

I already sent mails requests and submitted change of address form to your bank.
As per the above i request you to deliver the re issued Card to my new address.

It appears that the card already dispatched to my old address.

Please instruct the Blue Dart courier to issue the Card at my new address.
