My transaction of rs 2500 was declined from your atm located at bathinda city s no 2224 atm nos1anbto7 but i received a message of rs 2500 being debited from my saving account. Pls refund my money to my bank my bank name is indian overseas bank.. Atm machines not delivered money bt i have recieved a slip from atm machines saying transaction declined nd unable to process atm locates at tinkoni chowk batinda city time nd date is 14/10/17 at 10.33
