I want to file a complaint against amount on hold, an amount of 3, 036 has been put on hold by the hdfc bank and before this also they have charged me a numerous time by deducting almost 500-600 rupees periodically every month but this time they have gone too far and put an amount on hold for 3, 036. I have also called their customer care numerous time and they just transfer my call to other departments and also put me on hold for more than 17 minutes. I want an refund of 3, 036 and also for all the amounts they have deducted unnecessarily. I am also attaching a snap of my account and the call screenshot when they have put me on hold for 17 minutes.
