Hi team,
This is regarding refund issues for my HDFC credit card. My credit card was permanently closed last year and I don't have that card with me anymore.
On 6th September, I made a transaction by mistake to my credit card(IMPS transfer) from my savings account because it was added as payee.
I tried to contact HDFC bank multiple times through customer care, emails, even sent post at the Chennai address.
Its been more than 2 weeks and the issue is not resolved. I am not a banking customer with HDFC and netbaking doesn't provide solution for such issues but customer care doesn't connect me to any person and sends me netbaking link for the same. I told them I don't have my credit card details, I can't login to netbanking but they don't listen and have disconnected my calls multiple times.
I contacted them via email, but no response from them, only one automated response.
Please help me get my refund.
