HDFC Bank — amount reversed/credited message received from bank but amount not credited in account

Hi, we have done a transaction with hdfc debit card on amazon, we canceled the order and got the message from amazon that money has been reversed on the hdfc card number, after a while we got message from hdfc as well that amount has been credited/reversed by amazon, but we have not received any amount in out account.
