Hdfc bank had put an amount of ars 590 on hold as mirevenu through gefu, and after many complaint on hdfc complaint mail or grievance cell but no support and responses from thier side.

First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and through ivr there is no option to connect with customer executive due to limited staff as per guild lines by govt.
Please get it solved and refund the amount at the earliest.
