HDFC Bank — apple macbook cashback

I purchased a macbook pro in september 2019, i was assured a cashback after 120 days, now it’s been more than 9 months and i haven’t received it yet, i even talked to representative and she told me that they have already disbursed but i haven’t received yet.
Any help would be great
