I purchased a hdfc term plan dated 23 july 2020 after making payment of 20, 000 rs. Since then its been almost 20 days and i have undergone through the medical test as well. Still they are asking to get the one more blood test with my own cost.
Customer care is saying they are not responsible for this as this is still pending with online team
Even after sending email at the dedicated email address there is no response and if i go for the cancellation of the insurance then they are threating they will deduct the medical test charges, which they never disclosed initially Was this information helpful? |
