I'am ron joy
I had been using hdfc bank under account no [protected]
Brach code:-1514
Unfortunately i lost my debit card on 25/09/2017. Nearby cochin international. I have tried my best to find it. But i couldn't find it.

So i kindly requesting you to deactivate my current card and issue my new debit card as soon as possible.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
"We request you to contact the Bank using Phone Banking (available 24 *7), where you can Hotlist your card immediately and simultaneously request for re-issuance of new card.

Alternatively, you may also submit written instructions at the nearest branch for hotlisting and re-issuance of ATM / Debit Card.

Please note there are no charges levied for the re-issuance of a damaged ATM / Debit card.
