On 11/11/2017 i tried to withdraw cash from atm and at the time of cash dispensing the security guard put the power switch off. The amount is debited from account and i didnt get it from atm machine. Then the security guard call'd someone and told me you will get the amount refunded within 24 hours. I waited for sunday. But not credited. So i went to the bank in the morning itself and talked with bank staff named nithish. He told will check in atm call me. After 3 hours he call'd me and told there is a excess of the same amount in atm and you'll recieve it within 24 hours. And the very next day that is today also he told like that. Till this time my account has not credited that amount. Why your bank holding my cash. I got very worst experiance from your bank.
