My Debit card is stuck in atm that too new debit Card 1st time i was using it hope very soon i get My card ! !

Deducted amount from my HDFC account on 21 September.
i have performed no such transaction.
Reading other post, it seem to be International ATM usage, which i never done and gone to international.
Customer care number are always busy
