Dear sir/mam,
I have applied credit card through the call receive from the Hdfc and I have given my detailed of employment.
I'm working in HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD, as SSO.
so they told me that as u are from HDFC group your card will be free for lifetime.
But later i found that this is a chargeable card of 590/year.and when i enquire by phonebanikng they told that your company name written as quality mansion, but this is my Office address.
So please resolve the problem and make my card free for lifetime as promised or cancelled the card.
One more thing one assist services active automatically with out my request and showed in my statement. I have already complaint for this issue. Please confirm me the service is deactivate or not?

The worst customer care not picking up my call .I have already blocked my card and please cancell this service .i don't want to use credit card. And stop all the service u have automatically activate like one assist and one term plan.
