[Resolved] HDFC Bank — bank charges

Hdfc bank — isaqmc charges Vadodara, gujarat, india Sb acct. No[protected] (Preferredcustomer). I have just noticed a levi of rs. 295.00from my sb account supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I have never done such transaction. This is a serious matter and i demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges This account does not hold any mutual fund a/c with bank. This practise is going on since 3 years with complain branch manger and relation manger who promise to take up case with all request forms filled and then ask us to run from pillar to post within the bank. Verified Support May 07, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The referred charges levied in your account are Quarterly Maintenance Charge for your Investment Service account i.e online mutual fund account. Please note your Investment Service account will be charged Quarterly Investment Service account Maintenance Charges at Rs. 250/- for Resident Customer and Rs. 500/- for Non-Resident customers excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). Accordingly, your account has been charged with the applicable quarterly maintenance charges. We request you to contact your account branch for any further clarification on the same.
