I have hdfc bank credit card no.[protected]. Card payment being made through my hdfc bank saving a/c no [protected] through auto pay. On 21.07.2017 my bank a/c was sddenly blocked due to nonsubmission of kyc. My card auto payment could not be made on due date & penalty of late fee imposed. Kindly back it & amt may be credited in my card ac.

We take this opportunity to clarify that, as you are aware payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Being fully sensitized, we have reversed the bank charges of Rs.2862.04 billed to your card account in the month of August 2017 statement, This credit will reflect in your October 2017 statement.
