I have applied for hdfc fastag online on november 6 2017 and completed its all online formalities made payment for tag and an initial recharge of rs.500/- also. Then i received their application form to be signed and upload back on their site and did the same too on the same day. Since i didnt get any response from hdfc fastag for a weeks time, i called to their provided customer care number for sales and service[protected] and they gave a reply like they have a server issue and so applications from nov 1st to nov 10th has not yet received at their office and guaranteed that they will get the same on next week and will process it out
But i didnt get any intimation through message or mail for the same. So i again tried to contact the customer care and replied that still mine is not dispatched so gave another two mobile number saying that these are the numbers of their executives in delhi and they will help me out ([protected], [protected]). But when i tried they didnt respond or will be call waiting. Its being almost a month now. I could have got the tag in a day or week if i have applied offline at tollgates or fastag centers. Its a worst service from hdfc in this regard and i hope i will get a solution for the same at the earliest
