HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — hdfc bank fastag not received/ no communication/ no response

I booked my hdfc fastag on nov 14th 2019. After that there is no response from hdfc bank. Not sure what is the status. Very poor service from hdfc. My refrence number is hfr375750. I tried calling customer care number mentioned when i submitted my application. The number will always be busy or no response. Never expected this worst service from reputed bank. Thanks for the response. I got the customer ID and Wallet ID through message but not yet received the Physical Fastag RFID Card to my address. Please help.

Still how much time we need to wait to get the physical card ? its been a month ? Being a reputed bank dont loot the people.
