On 23rd November 2019 I applied for FASTAG and paid rs.500/- I got an application success msg with the reference no. HFR482038. It was stated in the msg that I would get an application form in pdf form in my registered email i.d. and that the card will be dispatched within 7 days. However I am yet to receive any email.

I made an application for fast tag thru hdfc bank, money of rs 500 was deducted from my account . Ref no provided is hfr346380,

I have applied for fastag from hdfc portal with my Savings account linked. But didn not recieve any communication from them and even the toll free no is not working.
