[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — no update/response on fastag application, reference no hfr484262.

I applied for fastag 2 days back.. The reference no is hfr484262. You can see in the screen shot that they have mentioned that the fastag application pdf is sent to registered email id. No such email nor sms has come but money is deducted from hdfc savings account.

The customer care no is busy always, have been trying since last 2 days but did not even connect once..

Looks like hdfcbank is taking customer for granted, these buggers dont even have a site to track the progress

Please dont purchase any services from this bank especially fastag

Received finally without any updates.. Customer care line busy 24/7 No email to ask queries Mobile no provided does not exit Hopeless Customer service.. I Dont understand whom the idiots in customer care are serving to

I have applied on 11th Nov. But i can't check any status and also i can't contact on toll free number. it's still busy and not connected. i don't know how can i get fast tag. I have already paid Rs. 500. Please anyone can contact on my number or i want to return my money so i will get fast get from other source.

Applied Fastag online on Nov 13th.Still i have not even got my mail confirmation.When i tried to reach toll free number its coming as busy or ending up without attending.
