HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — paid twice one time from hdfc credit card and second time from yes bank debit card

Yesterday i tried paying from hdfc cc to purchase fastag from hdfc online money got deducted but page error came and second time i used my yes bank debit card where money got deducted but i did not received any mail from hdfc which they say about pdf and [protected] is not at all working and branch and customer care people has no idea about fastag. Dont know what to do now. For simple fastag i lost 2000/-
