HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — upi transaction[protected]

Dear sir/madam,

I have paid rupees 1, 500.00 in to my hdfc fast tag account on 15.11.2019, through upi using vehicle no. Pb70f1479. Since then the money is not credited to my fast tag account.

Customer i'd[protected]
Wallet no. [protected]
Car/ vehicle no. Pb70f1479.

I am quite frustrated as i cannot connect to your phone number. I am even hdfc existing customer but really disappointed.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and solve it by crediting my hdfc fast tag with rupees 1, 500.00.

I am a hdfc bank preferred customer since 1999. I have applied and paid for fastag through hdfc...but still not received the fastag.
I am keep calling customer support tool free no and always not connecting.
Please help... send me the alternative contact details to my email .. [email protected].

Not received fastag, . I already paid 2weeks back,

Keep calling toll-free and no response.
There is no email, sms to connect with concern people.
I have received the wallet Id and login id but still not received the fastag.
Customer service is worst, never seen such horrible support.
