Kasepalli toll plaza agents has issue while scanning fastag and they said my wallet account don't have money and asked me to pay money in cash. Even i confirmed to them that there is enough money in my wallet account and they started arguing with me.
So instead of arguing with them i have paid money to them in cash but after crossing toll plaza i have received message like money has been deducted from my fastag wallet account.
