I have applied for loan against property, were I have given cheque of amount 11400 and I after some time banker has told me the application has been rejected and they never told me reason for the same. They have also wrote end use letter from there side and even they did my signature on the letter . I have the letter in original with me, I would request you to refund my process ing fee or I have to go for legal action against your bank .
