I am Jagtar Singh and on 22.12.23 i got the message that your address change request letter is undelivered and visit nearest bank branch to avoid blocking of your account so i did the same and i visited the Ramghat road branch, aligarh and firstly they did not understand my problem so they asked me to write a letter to brnach manager so i did and my first complaint 37966816 lodged but as on today 28.12.23 i visited the branch and they are showing me that your account is okay and regular nothing is wrong but when i showed them UPI, NEFT and ATM transactions then they realised that problem is not normal though they tried to ask and my RM was also called but nobody knows what is wrong so they finally lodged my second complaint 38083278 and in the process they also done my Re-KYC but nothing happened. Now in the evening i got message from JX-HDFCBK that welcome to your newly activated HDFC bank account and enjoy all digital banking but my problem is still standing where it was on 22.12.23 so please help me out. My salary is also disbured in the same account and many other EMI also attached with it now with this blockage everything is closed and i am afraid of getting reveresed my salary and bouncing of many EMI.
So i have only one option left of opting for other bank account and let this account be closed forever because I am not hoping for any help from HDFC bank as they are poorest when it comes to serve customers.
