[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Ltd — Harassing Employees

My husband is working with HDFC bank from the last 3 years, earlier everything was fine but as of now as the new Branch manager comes life becomes hell. He left home in the morning at 8:15 and there is no time of coming back home that can be 10-11-12 in the night, problems didn't end here. The main problem is the pressure with Branch Manager is making on every employee, he is harassing every one for the business and forcing everyone to resign. As a branch manager he himself left the branch at 6:30 - 7:00 daily and give the target to the employee either do it or resign or he will give the quarter rating 5. And one interesting thing about the Branch Manager he himself be demoted and transfer to this branch. This is the case of North Delhi- Adarsh Nagar Branch. Hope the senior most authorities will take this thing in mind and take positive action against it. Hopefully in favour of the employees. As HDFC is known for it.
