Hello sir/ madam,
I got a call in my registered mobile ([protected]) from hdfc personnel - krishenendu/ shirshendu ray) from hdfc golpark branch related to my credit card. My question is - how much calls has been done without my prior notice, even i don't have people identify. Please confirm whether mobile number - [protected] belongs to any hdfc personnel from golpark branch, i am really fed up with such complain as per my past experience, bank still pursueing to call me from different branch with different people. If such things will repeat, then i will escalate to nodal officer level.
Need proper justification within 3 business days.

We have taken note of your comments expressed with regard to the call received and wish to clarify that, the call received from the number mentioned in your post was not initiated from HDFC Bank. Having said this, we wish to clarify that the call which you had received on your mobile number was a type of 'Vishing' call. To clarify further, we wish to inform you that the “Vishing” refers to an orchestrated vide bogus voice messages / phone calls. Hence, we request you to not share any confidential information of your HDFC Bank Credit card such as Credit Card PIN number, Customer ID, CVV, Date of Birth etc.
