It is in reference to the account no [protected] at your hanuman nagar branch jaipur, raj. We are also having current account in the name of fulgro environmental & engineering services india pvt. Ltd.in the same branch.
It is very unfortunate to inform you that one of your employee namely mr. Shekhar kanotia working in the same branch approached me to open a classic account infact rather i would say he regularly called me up to open a account informing me about the benefits and ultimately succeed as i opened a account.
Afterwards series of problem and trouble arise. They are
1. He without informing me & without taking my concern opened a recurring deposit and when i complained he doesn't respond.
2. All my messages and alerts of my other current account stop coming to my mobile and
Created a lot of problem for me and i repeatedly approached and reminded mr. Shekher to solve this problem but he was not bothered to take my problem seriously and this problem lasted for more than three months. That to solved after immense pressure and warning to close the account.
3. Irrespective of all these stuff he never attended my call whereas before opening the account he told me that a relationship manger will be provided to you for account related problems.
4. Infact i contacted the bank manager later on as i was literally fed up. I raised my problems to branch manager about opening of rd account without my permission and
Messages and alerts to my current account are not coming. He assured me to solve the issue soon and close the rd account, but as matter of relationship with bank i told branch manager to open sip account, but on a condition to close a rd account, again shekher used all his powers to open the sip account instantly but not closed rd account.
5. Now after few months later i came to know from another person associated with your bank only that the account was not classic account rather normal.
6. When it comes to benefit of mr. Shekher he called me i. E. Taking of car loan, he called me but when the purpose is solved, never takes the call.
I always tried to maintain healthy relationship with bank whether it is opening of classic account or taking policy of premium of rs. 48000/-. I never refused rather i cooperated at every moment, even taking of policy at 9:00 pm, but same was not delivered from your end.
This type of person this is very harmful for your bank reputation what that fellow did was never expected from a professional bank service provider like hdfc.
I would kindly like to request you to take a strict action against mr shikhar as it is indirectly or directly effecting the image of your bank. As i am also a service provider i never give fake promises to my clients.
