HDFC Bank — behaviour of an employee

Dear sir/ma'am,

Two days ago on 7th oct 2019, in night i got a message on my phone saying that an amount has been deducted from my account. I was shocked and anxious to know that why! I opened my netbanking and saw that it was not the same amonth as the one in my message. It was more than that amount. And it was not once it has been deducted twice. And then 5minutes later there was another message stating that an amount (Lesser than the one i saw in my bank statement online) has been deducted again. I thought to go to bank and ask about it next morning but it was dusshera so today i. E., 9th oct 2019 i went to bank to ask regarding the amount. The employee there told me that it was an account maintenance balance charge that has been deducted for last 2 months. On asking him why all of a sudden without any information then he said that it is for not maintaining the balance. He wasn't able to give me a reason that why i wasn't informed about it so i said that it was unjust and he should either make me speak to some senior person or he should reverse it because i have no information from the bank. Not even a single message, call or mail i have received from bank telling me to do so. He made me speak with the branch manager of the bank and when i explained him everything and hoped that he would resolve my problem, instead he spoke to me in such a manner that it was my fault that i was unaware of it. He replied saying "would you have wanted to get it deducted for the entire year than two months!" he mocked me and said that it wasn't the bank's duty to inform me. It was the duty of the hr of the company which provides us our salary account in hdfc bank. Even after telling him repeatedly that i haven't been informed he did not reverse the transaction and said that he will only think of considering it on one condition, that i have to maintain the balance for next month. The thing which he was at fault for, neither did he accepted it nor did he rectified it and he blamed me for it. And instead of helping me he was intimidating me by pressuring me to do something which i would have done it the first place if i had been informed on time.
For the loans, credit cards n every other issue bank call us unnecessarily all the time. But before deducting my own money for the reason that i m unaware of and haven't been give time to rectify they didn't inform me once. And not only the bank didn't take the responsibility but also blames their customer for it. He was such an arrogant person in such senior position to do something of this kind.
I have had my salary account with hdfc bank rajapark jaipur -302004 since 2015. And since 2017 october it's been a saving account n not a salary account. And it's been only in last 2 months that i have been charged and that to without proper information. As per right to information act i have been wrongly charged and treated. Please take the necessary actions against the people who doesn't care about other people and takes advantage of their position.

Isn't it the bank's responsibility to inform us before deducting the amount.
