I am ur housing loan customer since last 10 years and on 17 th oct of month i went to your meeruth to know the last balance, as i got sms to submit rs 10 759/, i met sh amit dy manager who said server not working since last 3 days, i gave him the cheque, of that amount, again ingot sms to deposit rs10096/ i phoned but no body picked the call, than i went to office at 3pm three or staff sitting there. But they said bank has closed, come on monday, i felt really very bad about the bank staff, and your services after sale o[censored]r loan product, i request you to instruct ur staff of meerut to send the statement of my loan account immediately, and improve their behaviour towards existing customers.
