[Resolved] HDFC Bank — breach of trust of website booking.com supported by hdfc bank credit card.

Hotel tunga international, mumbai has been paid hotel reservation charges on my hdfc bank credit card even after cancelation of booking made on booking.com.

This is breach of trust by the site. Details of transaction are with hdfc bank. Even after submission of dispute details on mail cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com on 11th july i have recieved no resolution of dispute.

FYI amount of 1792.37 get deducted from my account for the purpose of railway ticket booking without booking the ticket.
Ref no:[protected] on dated 01-sep-2017.

Can you please update me by when i will get refund of the same amount in my account.
