I have requested for a balance transfer on 18-june-14 and when i called the customer care to check the status on 21-june-14 is when i came to know that my bt request got rejected and when i inquired for the reason the customer care staff's had no reason and finally told me that i didn't had sufficient balance.
Although i had a sufficient balance of rs 43250.00
Further continuing with the call, they have informed that on 21-june-14 i was eligible for the balance transfer request and gave the request and it was promised by the staff that he will confirm me the status of the bt on 21-june-14 by eod or on 22-june-14, early morning.
Although i have been continuously calling the customer care help desk on a daily basis for more than 20 minutes,
It's been really a very worst and frustrating service that i have been facing with your bank although i am a salaried customer.
The person named raj (Rajeev) have confirmed to me on 21-june-14 that he will confirm the status latest by 24-june-14.
The person named vinay (Escalations team) have confirmed that he will let me know the status latest by 25-june-14.
Now i have called and spoke with staff name gayathri and she told she will connect to the manager as the escalations team members with busy with other calls, after me waiting for about 13 minutes, she has disconnected the call.
Although i have called the customer care on a daily basis i haven't got a proper response and its is really a mental pressure and very worst customer service center that i have ever met in my life time?...
I very very suspect the person vinay had wantedly delaying my request and also the final caller, ms gayathri has disconnect the call without any notice.
Could you please take appropriate disciplinary action among st those staff's, please monitor those calls and you'll understand it!...
