HDFC Bank — Business loan rate of interest wrongly guided

Hdfc bank executive called and wrongly guided me for a business loan at a rate of interest of 7%.He did everything online and disbursed the loan but with a rate of interest of 13.99% which I was not properly explained earlier.I don't want that loan are this higher interest.kindly cancel the loan or do it at least at a lower interest.
